Q. My nose shape is ok but the septum part has dropped down a bit and is a little lopsided. I wonder if you can give me some information regarding a potential surgery,

 

A. Thank you for your enquiry. From the description of your problem, you seemed to have a long septal cartilage. You would need to be assessed to exactly our claimed the problem that you have but it is quite likely you would need nasal deep surgery along with the reduction of the length of the nose by excision of the lower and of the septum.
